MANILA, Philippines — An artist from Marikina City is selling her single-edition prints of photographs about the Marikina River in an effort to raise funds for the relief of Filipinos devastated by Typhoon Ulysses.
Titled Turbulent Waters, the exhibit displays photos taken by artist Nathalie Dagmang during her five-year research and engagement in Barangay Tumana, a riverside village and one of the low-lying areas in the city.
