(Eagle News) — The Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao on Saturday, July 10. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said as a result, cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are expected in those areas.
