(Eagle News) — The Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting Mindanao. As a result, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Caraga, Davao Region and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
