MANILA, Philippines — The government has allowed minors aged 15 to 17 and seniors aged 65 and above to go outside their homes to register for the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys), Malacaang said Friday.

In a statement, presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases has “allowed individuals ages 15 to 17 years old and above 65 years old to leave their residence to register for the Philippine Identification System.”
