MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte ordered the Department of Health (DOH) to investigate the vaccination against COVID-19 of an actor, whom he did not identify, reportedly by jumping the priority line.
“It happened sa Paraaque. This is a child of an actor. It’s up to you to investigate this,” Duterte, speaking in Filipino, told Health Secretary Francisco Duque III in a pre-recorded briefing aired Wednesday night.
“Then it’s finished, let your legal office handle it. Or give it straight —make a report out of this incident — give it straight to the Ombudsman,” he added.
