MANILA, Philippines — The provincial government of Cagayan has suspended classes in all levels for both public and private schools until November 30 as the province reels from the devastation left by the massive floods last week.
According to Cagayan Governor Manuela Mamba, the class suspension is meant to allow students, teachers, and parents to focus on repairing their home, equipment and recover their livelihood.
Meanwhile, government employees will return to work in Cagayan on Wednesday, November-18.
