MANILA, Philippines — Cebu City North DistrictRep.Raul del Mar has passed away.
During the Senate session on Tuesday, Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri expressed the chamber’s deepest condolences to Del Mar’s family.
“We’d like to give our deepest condolences on behalf of the Senate on the passing of Congressman Raul del Mar,” Zubiri said.
