(Eagle News) — A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck off Zambales early Tuesday, December 29. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 1:57 a.m., had its epicenter 14 kilometers southwest of Iba. It had a depth of 32 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
