CITY OF CALAPAN — The city government will implement a work-from-home scheme for its employees starting Monday, March 22, until further notice, Mayor Arnan Panaligan announced in a video message Saturday evening.
Panaligan appealed to the public for stricter observance of health protocols due to surge in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases in the country.
Panaligan also appealed to other national, local and private offices to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by holding virtual seminars and trainings, instead of face-to-face meetings.
