MANILA, Philippines — Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo “should get his facts straight.”
The camp of Vice President Leni Robredo said this on Tuesday as it disputedthe claim of the Palace official who said that the opposition leader boarded a government-owned C-130 when she went to the Bicol region to provide relief to those affected by the recent typhoons.
“Secretary Panelo should get his facts straight. VP Leni DID NOT use a government C130 plane when she brought aid to Bicol,” Robredo’s spokesperson Barry Gutierrez said in a statement.
