MANILA, Philippines — Senator Joel Villanueva on Friday urged the government to consider house-to-house and drive-thru vaccination for senior citizens who are the “most at-risk” of contracting the coronavirus.
“Some are sick or are physically incapacitated. For these people, a drive-thru system where they can remain in the comfort of their vehicles would be a good idea,” Villanueva said in a statement.
“If they cannot go to the vaccines, let the vaccines come to them,” he added.
