MANILA, Philippines — Different weather systems affecting the country are being monitored by state meteorologists as a huge part of Northern Luzon would still experience colder weather due to the intensifying northeast monsoon.
According to the weather reports on Tuesday afternoon from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the northeast monsoon or amihan and the tail end of a frontal system can cause cloudy skies and rains over Northern Luzon for Wednesday.
