MANILA, Philippines — The US presidential elections and the coronavirus pandemic were among the top search queries of Filipinos this year, Google Philippines revealed Friday.
During its online thanksgiving party Friday, Google Philippines bared that Filipinos had their eyes on the tight presidential race between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, making the US elections the most-searched query in the Philippines for 2020.
Placing second were match scores in the National Basketball Association (NBA) games, including the finals match between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Miami Heat.
