MANILA, Philippines — The trough or extension of a tropical depression, formerly named Vicky,will bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers in Kalayaan Islands this Tuesday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Vicky is now outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).
“Sa Kalayaan Islands, magkakaroon pa rin ng maulap na kalangitan na may kalat-kalat ng pag-ulan at pagkidlat at pagkulog na epekto pa rin ng trough ng tropical depression na nasa labas na ng ating Philippine area of responsibility,” Pagasa weather specialist Meno Mendoza said in a weather forecast issued at 4 a.m.
