MANILA, Philippines — House Deputy Speaker Rufus Rodriguez said on Wednesday that the chamber should also convene on Thursday to have four sessions a week.
The goal is for the House to have enough time to pass important measures, such as the Bayanihan 3 proposal, before the sine die adjournment on June 4, Rodriguez said.
“I also agree with the suggestion of the Senate that we should also have sessions on Thursdays. In fact, it’s part of our supposed schedule,” said Rodriguez.
