MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Depression Vicky made its second landfall in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan on Saturday night, the state weather bureau said.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Vicky made landfall over the city at 8 p.m.
The tropical depression made its first landfall over the municipality of Banganga in Davao Oriental on Friday.
