MANILA, Philippines — The local government of Taguig will start distributing “emergency assistance” on Wednesday to beneficiaries affected by the implementation of enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).
The city government, in a statement on Tuesday, said it recently received the “emergency assistance” amounting to P805.8 million from the national government on Monday.
Taguig City Mayor Lino Cayetano immediately ordered the swift processing and creation of the list of beneficiaries, the statement added.
