A yellow plastic string, instead of the regular, police barricade tape, fenced off the two-storey home office of the Cavite chapter of Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (Bayan), where its local leader, Emmanuel “Manny” Asuncion, was killed in a police raid on Sunday.
