MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Police chief Gen. Debold Sinas on Wednesday ordered the Civil Security Group (CSG) to extend its working days for frontline services to accommodate the processing of more licenses for security guards and possession of firearms.
The PNP said Sinas instructed CSG director Brig. Gen Rolando Hinanay to decrease the influx of applicants for License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP) for private security and the License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOFP) at the one-stop-shop in Camp Crame by operating beyond the regular working days.
