MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 1 is still up over Batanes and the northeastern portion of Cagayan including Babuyan Islands on Monday as Tropical Depression Emong continues to accelerate towards extreme Northern Luzon.
