MANILA, Philippines–TheSupremeCourtdismissed the petitions that sought to declareas invalid the Philippine government’swithdrawalfrom the Rome Statute of the International CriminalCourt(ICC).
In a unanimous decision penned by Associate Justice Marvic Leonen, the Supreme Court dismissed the petition for being moot and academic.
