MANILA, Philippines — Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said Thursday he already tested negative for COVID-19 and has received his certificate of quarantine.
“Meron na po akong certificate of quarantine issued po ng mga napakagaling ng doctors at staff members dyan po sa Summit Hotel, nagpapasalamat po ako sa kanila,” Roque said in an online briefing.

“Bago ka po mabigyan ng certificate of quarantine, dapat meron ka na ring negative PCR [polymerase chain reaction] results so nag-negative na rin po ako sa PCR result,” he added.
