ANGELES CITY —- Policemen from the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) intelligence unit arrested a man with pending cases for three counts of rape and child abuse during a manhunt operation Sunday (June 6).
In a statement, PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano De Leon identified the suspect as Archie Siongco Lagrimas, 23, of Barangay Tabun here.
De Leon said Lagrimas is the subject of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge April Joy Magsayo-Aguila of the Angeles City Regional Trial Court Branch 61 on May 16.
