MANILA, Philippines — Light to heavy rains will prevail in the Caraga, Davao and Soccsksargen regions, Bukidnon and Misamis Oriental on Monday due to the outer rainbands of Tropical Storm Dante, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its tropical cyclone bulletin.
“Adjacent or nearby areas may also experience flooding in the absence of such rainfall occurrence due to surface runoff or swelling of river channels,” Pagasa said.
