MANILA, Philippines — Several parts of Visayas and Mindanao may experience cloudy skies and rain showers from Monday night onwards due to the tail end of a frontal system, state meteorologists said.
Weather reports from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Monday afternoon showed cloud clusters brought by the frontal system or the point in the country’s eastern waters where the cold northeast monsoon meets the warm easterlies.
