CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela — Philippine National Police (PNP) chief General Guillermo Eleazar has assured that quarantine control points will still be maintained at primary checkpoints nationwide as it remains one of the most effective ways to curb the spread of COVID-19 across borders.
Eleazar was in Isabela and Nueva Vizcaya for various projects and programs where he administered the oath-taking of advocacy support groups and the opening of the PNP Barangayanihan Help and Food Bank for two provinces.
