MANILA, Philippines — The Quezon City government said Wednesday that it was able to administer over 41,000 COVID-19 vaccine doses on Tuesday alone, the highest number of doses the city has given in a single day.
According to the city government, healthcare personnel were able to administer 41,826 doses of COVID-19 vaccines, higher than the city’s previous record of 37,234.

Quezon City has administered a total of 646,043 vaccines, with 495,490 citizens receiving their first dose and 150,553 fully vaccinated citizens, as of 8 a.m. of June 22.
