Possible cloudy weekend due to Amihan, tail end of frontal system

MANILA, Philippines — Residents of Luzon may see cloudy skies over the weekend due to the prevailing northeast monsoon and the tail end of a frontal system, state meteorologists said on Friday afternoon.

According to weather reports from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Luzon’s eastern and northern portion, especially the Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, eastern areas of Central Luzon and Southern Luzon, would remain affected by the two systems.
