MANILA, Philippines — It seems that things are now starting to look up for the PBA as the league remains hellbent on possibly opening its 46th season in mid-June.
League commissioner Willie Marcial said one PBA team can finally practice as early as Saturday provided everything falls into place.
“Meralco was the first team to get tested. They can actually start training by May 15,” said Marcial in Filipino.
The Bolts are set for a 10-day bubble camp in Laoag, Ilocos Norte.
TNT is also eyeing Ilocos Norte as their practice venue.
Alaska, Blackwater and Phoenix, meanwhile, are looking at Batangas City as their training site.
