MANILA, Philippines — Paraaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez on Tuesday said he is in favor of a one-week extension of the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
“Sa amin pong pagpupulong sa local task force, nirerekomenda po nila, hindi po two weeks, one week na lang po extension ng MECQ then we assess,” Olivarez said in an interview over Teleradyo.
