MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines has surpassed its highest COVID-19 vaccinations in a day after administering over 391,000 doses, Malacaang said Friday.
Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said the country administered 391,283 doses on Thursday alone, exceeding its previous record of 375,059.
“Nasa 391,283 ang naitalang daily jabs kahapon. Ito po ang pinakamataas na naabot natin so far,” Roque said in an announcement aired over state-run People’s Television Network.
