MANILA, Philippines — A low-pressure area (LPA) that may intensify into a storm in the next three days has been spotted outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa)
The LPA was last located 1,845 kilometers east of Mindanao, said Pagasa weather specialist Meno Mendoza in a weather forecast issued on Monday morning.
“Ang nasabing low pressure area ay posibleng maging isang ganap na bagyo sa susunod na tatlong araw, at sa kasalukuyan ngayon ay hindi pa ito nakakaapekto sa anumang bahagi ng bansa,” he said.
