MANILA, Philippines — The state weather bureau is tracking a weather disturbance outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).
Meantime, most parts of Luzon, especially the western section, will experience rains on Thursday due to the prevailing southwest monsoon or “habagat,” according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
The Ilocos region, Apayao, Abra, Benguet, Cagayan, Bataan, Zambales, Occidental Mindoro, and northern part of Palawan including Kalayaan Islands will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers, Pagasa added.
