MANILA, Philippines — Luzon will have warm weather on Saturday while scattered rain showers are expected to occur in parts of Visayas and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Pagasa weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said the easterlies or warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean are affecting Luzon while the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting parts of the Visayas and Mindanao.
