MANILA, Philippines — Vast portion of Luzon’s eastern section, including the Bicol Region, will experience overcast skies and moderate to heavy rain due to Typhoon Bising, the state weather bureau said Monday.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Bisinghas been moving slowly along the country’s eastern waters and is forecast to also affect the Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region as well as the provinces of Quezon, Marinduque, Romblon, and Palawan on Tuesday, April 20.
