MANILA, Philippines — The government’s 8888 Citizens Complaint Center (CCC) now accepts complaints through text messages, Malacaang announced Wednesday.

According to presidential spokesperson Harry Roque, the new channel, which had its soft launch last Nov. 3, will give a boost to the Duterte administration’s good governance drive.
