A parrot stretches its wings as it perches on the hand of its owner during training by a group of bird enthusiasts at the Pinaglabanan Memorial Shrine in San Juan City on Dec. 10, 2020, which was also the International Animal Rights Day. Members of the group allow their pet birds to fly once or twice a week as part of their exercise.
