MANILA, Philippines — OCTA Research on Monday added the Makati and Butuan city governments to its list of “high risk” areas due to high incidence of coronavirus cases in their respective localities.
In its latest monitoring report, the independent research group OCTA has put back Makati City on its “high risk” list, as well as Butuan City, in addition to Davao City, Iloilo City, Bacolod, General Santos, Baguio, Lapu-Lapu, Laoag, and Santa Rosa.
