MANILA, Philippines — A motorcycle driver was killed after he was hit and dragged by a 10-wheeler truck in an intersection in Makati City on Tuesday morning.
Southern Police District (SPD) said the 42 year-old was about to proceeded towards the intersection along Osmea Highway when Arnaiz St. after the green light, when the truck zoomed past the intersection trying to beat the red light.
The ride was hit and dragged several meters away.
Authorities have already identified the victim but has yet to release his identity as the family has yet to be informed of his death.
