(Eagle News) — The Manila International Airport Authority has released its list of operational commercial flights for Tuesday, Nov. 24: Flight schedules may be subject to changes. The government has eased restrictions on travel, with domestic flights allowed but subject to travel requirements. Foreigners with select investor visas are allowed entry into the country. Filipinos may also go on outbound non-essential travel, subject to the requirements set forth by the country of destination.
