MANILA, Philippines — The Makati City Regional Trial Court has dismissed the drug charges against fliptop rapper Loonie whose real name is Marlon Peroramas.
In an order dated June 22, 2021, aside from the rapper, also cleared for violation of Republic Act 9165 specifically Section 5 for sale of illegal drugs is his sister-manager Idyll Liza Peroramas and two of their staff.
Makati RTC Branch 64 Judge Gina Bibat-Palamos granted the demurrer to evidence submitted by Loonie and his co-accused.
