MANILA, Philippines — A graduate of the Lyceum Northwestern University in Dagupan City has topped the pharmacist licensure examination.
Angelo Proceso Feliciano Zarate received a rating of 90.70 percent, the highest among the 1,168 who took the exam conducted this month, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said.
The PRC said only 674 of the 1,168 examinees passed the exam.
