Neri Naig carefully plans her family’s everyday meals, and being the efficient celebrity mompreneur that she is, she even has a whole week meal plan.

Naig posted her list of meals for the week and shared these with fans via her Instagram page yesterday, Dec. 27.

“Sino na ang tulog? Hihi! Baka makahabol at makatulong ang weekly meal plan na ginawa ko,” she said.

(Who are asleep? [Laughs] My weekly meal plan might not be too late and could still help.)

Her daily menu is made up of breakfast, the same viand for lunch and dinner, and a snack item. Filipino favorites such as tocilog, daing, champorado, turon, pinakbet, pancit, tinapa, munggo and adobo dominate the list. The meals …
