MANILA, Philippines — Light to moderate rains may be experienced in different areas of Visayas and Mindanao due to the low-pressure area (LPA) spotted east of General Santos City, state meteorologists said Wednesday.
Weather updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Wednesday afternoon showed that the LPA was last seen 675 kilometers east of General Santos City.
