MANILA, Philippines — The northeasterly windflow would cause cloudy skies and light rain in some areas of northern Luzon, according to the weather bureau on Monday.
In its 24-hour forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration said Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Ifugao, Mt. Province, and Aurora would have cloudy skies and isolated light rain with no significant impact.
Similarly, the northeasterly windflow will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon and Visayas, with little impact.
