“I kept saying I’m thankful that nothing serious had happened to me (since we started experiencing this global health crisis), in terms of mental health. However, it was during the start of the pandemic (in March 2020) when I experienced panic attacks. It was definitely a struggle. It was good that I had the support of my siblings.
