MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police Internal Affairs Service (PNP-IAS) has recommended the dismissal of Police Lieutenant Colonel Jigger Noceda, former PNP Custodial Unit chief, over the sexual abuse case lodged against him by detained former Ozamiz Vice Mayor Nova Parojinog.
“Submitted na po iyong recommendation for dismissal kay [Lt. Col.] Noceda kay CPNP [Chief PNP Police General Debold Sinas] thru DPRM [Directorate for Personnel and Records Management] for decision,” said PNP IAS chief Lawyer Alfegar Triambulo in a text message to INQUIRER.neton Wednesday when sought for updates regarding Noceda’s case.
