MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police Internal Affairs Service (PNP-IAS) said Tuesday that it will rush its probe to resolve the administrative case against Police Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca, who has been charged for the brutal murder of a mother and her son in Tarlac.
“Yes sir, kaya nga mamadaliin natin nang matapos iyong kaso. Kung tumagal lugi, aggrieved na po ang biktima, kasi justice delayed, justice denied.
