MANILA, Philippines — Warm and humid climate will continue in most parts of the country due to the easterlies although rain is also likely to occur over some areas in Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
In its Monday afternoon bulletin, Pagasa said the tail end of a frontal system or cold front and the resurgent northeast monsoon or amihan will affect northern and eastern Luzon, including Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and other surrounding provinces, from Monday night to Tuesday or even up to Thursday based on recent wind models, which means overcast skies and rain and possibly slightly colder…
