MANILA, Philippines — The Alliance of Health Workers staged a noon demonstration on Wednesday to call attention to the hardships they had to endure during the COVID-19 surge, particularly in areas that part of the so-called and the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) bubble, which is composed of Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal.
